Can we say “yes please” to this pumpkin spice vodka cocktail!?
I have always enjoyed drinking White Russian Cocktails. I make my Dairy-free White Russian recipe on the regular.
I love how you can make non-dairy versions of this cocktail that taste just as good as the original.
I figured making a white russian cocktail recipe with pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice was a must this Fall and I’m so excited to share this with you!
If there is a time to make pumpkin alcoholic drinks, now would be it.
Pumpkin Spice White Russian Ingredients:
- almond milk
- vodka- any higher quality vodka will work. I like using Grey Goose.
- coffee liqueur– I use Kahlua here.
- pumpkin puree– you can use fresh or canned. I use canned.
- pumpkin pie spice / pumpkin spice
- cinnamon
I made several version of this Pumpkin Spice White Russian to see what was the best. I tried using coconut cream, coconut milk, and almond milk.
I anticipated that I would like a mixture of almond milk and coconut cream, but I actually preferred this drink with just almond milk.
This is easier for me as well because I find a good almond milk to be easier to find than a good coconut cream.
How to make this Fall White Russian
Put all of the ingredients ( the almond milk, vodka, coffee liqueur, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon) into a food processor or blender and mix.
This ensures that the pumpkin puree really mixes well into the drink and isn’t lumpy.
Then, you can do one of two things. You can either pour the pumpkin spice white russian cocktail mixture into a large cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until cold, then pour it into a cup.
OR you can pour the mixture into a cup with ice already in it and mix.

- rim your glass with ground up graham crackers or ginger snaps

- top your drink with whipped cream. (So Delicious makes a good cocowhip dairy-free whipped cream)
