Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and mix.
Pour the pumpkin spice white russian mixture into a large cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until cold, and pour it into a cup filled with ice. If you do not have a cocktail shaker, then you can also pour the mixture into a cup with ice already in it and mix.
- Use a good quality vodka.
- Start with 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice in your recipe. Taste it and if you want more add a little bit more.
- If you want this cocktail to be less sweet, add 1/2 of a Tablespoon of maple syrup to start. Taste it and see if you want to add the other 1/2.
