Recipe ingredients

Ingredients needed to make spiked a apple cider cocktail.
  • Apple cider- make sure to use a good quality apple cider made with only apple juice. My personal favorite is the Honeycrisp Apple Cider from Trader Joes.
  • Prosecco– you can also use champagne.
  • Whiskey / Whisky– use your favorite brand of whiskey for this drink.
  • Ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg– this adds great flavor to this drink.
  • Apple Slices– these add flavor and decor to the drink.
  • Orange Slices– these also add flavor and decor to the drink.

Additions/ Substitutions

  • You can add fresh cranberries or pomegranate seeds to your drink to a pop of festive color.
  • You can use pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Instead of whiskey, you can use scotch.
