This passion fruit gin cocktail is tropical, refreshing, and easy to make with gin, passion fruit juice, lime, and a hint of sweetness. It’s perfect for summer!
I love a summer cocktail, especially when it is very hot outside. My favorites are this Paloma Cocktail with Honey Syrup, these Homemade Strawberry Daiquiris, and this passion fruit gin cocktail.
I got the idea for this drink at a recent trip to Animal Kingdom. I went to the Nomad Lounge, which is a hidden oasis, and tried the Annapurna Zing cocktail. It was just delicious with passionfruit, ginger beer and mint flavors. So, I decided to make my own version at home.

- Lime juice or lemon juice– I have used both interchangeably for this drink and both work well.

Expert tips
- You can easily double, triple or quadruple the recipe based on how many cocktails you are making.
- You can make this drink as is and enjoy it. Or you can garnish it with mint, some passion fruit pulp, or even half a passion fruit. I like the pulp because it adds flavor and crunch but my husband hates the texture.
