Yum! Quick, easy and healthy!
This was AMAZING. I don’t believe that this is two servings, because I devoured it whole and found myself scraping the bowl! I used 1 tsp maple syrup instead of the honey, but that was the only substitution. I found this on the PhoenixHelix roundtable. So fantastic and such a treat while following AIP – thank you!
I can eat the whole thing myself too! haha I’m happy that you liked it. 🙂 I like the idea of using maple syrup, I’ll have to try that soon!
This recipe looks delicious AND it fits the paleo autoimmune protocol (a rare thing). So, thank you! I recently started a weekly Paleo AIP Recipe Roundtable through my blog, and I would love it if you linked up this recipe. I’m trying to expand resources for the AIP community. Here’s the link: https://www.phoenixhelix.com/2014/02/26/paleo-aip-recipe-roundtable-16/
