Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk coconut milk or regular milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mangos

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend all of the ingredients at the highest or normal setting. I have used the "crush" setting and then the "blend" setting on my ninja blender. I have also used the "frozen" setting on my Vitamix .
  • Scrape the sides of the sorbet and blend again. Mix until the mixture turns into a soft firm substance sorbet texture.

Notes

  • Instead of frozen strawberries, you can use frozen mixed berries, cherries, raspberries or blueberries.
  • Instead of coconut milk or almond milk, you can use regular milk or oat milk. Use whatever works with your dietary needs or what you have on hand.
  • Instead of maple syrup, you can use honey. Just know that honey is not Vegan.
