Fresh Green Apple Cucumber Kale Ginger Juice recipe. A healthy vitamin-filled juice recipe made of green apple, cucumber, kale, ginger, fennel, grapefruit, and lemon.
When I want a heavy dose of easy to digest vitamins, I juice. Juicing is one of my favorite healthy habits because it just makes me feel SO good.
This Fresh Green Apple, Cucumber, Kale, Ginger Juice has been a new favorite of mine because of how refreshing and flavorful it is.
It doesn’t just have green apple, cucumber, kale and ginger inside. It also has fennel, grapefruit, and lemon. 🙂
I decided to make a “green juice” recently because I noticed that I don’t have a lot of green juices on the blog… (there is literally only one)
Most of the juices that I have posted are orange…for the simple reason that I love carrots. haha
So I decided to try something new.
Ingredients needed to make this Fresh Green Apple, Cucumber, Kale, Ginger Juice:
