- 2 green apples ( I used Granny Smith)
- ½ bulb of fennel
- 1 grapefruit peeled
- 1 cucumber
- 3 cups chopped kale
- ½ lemon peeled
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger
- You can use any kind of apple that you have on hand.
- Make sure to remove the peel of both the grapefruit and the lemon before juicing so that the juice isn't too tart.
