Green Juice with Apple, Kale, Cucumber, Fennel, and Ginger

A healthy vitamin-filled juice recipe made of green apple, cucumber, kale, ginger, fennel, grapefruit, and lemon.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 green apples ( I used Granny Smith)
  • ½ bulb of fennel
  • 1 grapefruit peeled
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 cups chopped kale
  • ½ lemon peeled
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger

Instructions

  • Wash and cut all of the vegetables to fit into your juicer. ( I use a WaringPro juicer). Juice all of the veggies, then mix the juice together with a spoon.
  • Makes 32 ounces of juice.

Notes

  • You can use any kind of apple that you have on hand.
  • Make sure to remove the peel of both the grapefruit and the lemon before juicing so that the juice isn't too tart.
