I love a good healthy banana bread. I just can’t resist! From carrot cake banana bread to pumpkin banana bread to espresso chocolate chip banana bread, I love them all.

But the OG of all of my gluten free dairy free banana bread recipes is this classic cinnamon filled Paleo banana bread. It has all the same great taste as a classic banana bread recipe, but I think it tastes even better! It is warm, fluffy and fragrant, all while being gluten free, dairy free, and grain free.

Recipe ingredients

Ingredients needed to make paleo banana bread.
  • olive oil– use a good quality olive oil or extra virgin olive oil.
  • coconut sugar– this has a lower glycemic index to other sugars.
  • eggs– these help bind the batter together.
  • vanilla– any type works here.
  • bananas– make sure they are ripe!
  • almond flour– use blanched almond flour because it has a more reined texture.
