It’s never a good idea to go grocery shopping hungry… I end up buying way more than I need, and way more junk food! And yet, I find myself in this predicament far too often.

Like last weekend when I went to Marks and Spencer totally famished! In order to not go crazy and buy the whole store, I bought a ready-made salad and ate it before continuing on my grocery shopping journey.

The salad had the most amazing dressing. So amazing that I decided to recreate my own version for the blog… This Zesty Lemon Mint Turmeric Dressing is tangy, citrusy, minty, and refreshing. It is a fabulous and healthy salad accoutrement!
