It’s never a good idea to go grocery shopping hungry… I end up buying way more than I need, and way more junk food! And yet, I find myself in this predicament far too often.
Like last weekend when I went to Marks and Spencer totally famished! In order to not go crazy and buy the whole store, I bought a ready-made salad and ate it before continuing on my grocery shopping journey.
The salad had the most amazing dressing. So amazing that I decided to recreate my own version for the blog… This Zesty Lemon Mint Turmeric Dressing is tangy, citrusy, minty, and refreshing. It is a fabulous and healthy salad accoutrement!
Ingredients in this Zesty Lemon Mint Turmeric Dressing
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- fresh mint leaves
- garlic powder
- turmeric powder
- vinegar
- mustard
- dried parsley
- salt and pepper
I seriously LOVE this dressing. I love that there is turmeric inside ( hello antioxidants).
I love the refreshingness of the mint and I love the lemony citrus flavor mixed in.
To make this dressing, all you have to do is put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
So easy and you can do so much with it!

You can use this Zesty Lemon Mint Turmeric Dressing in so many ways!
- For starters, you can use it as a salad dressing. It dresses up any salad and really gives it that “WOW” factor.
- You can use it to marinade chicken with.
- You can cook your chicken in it. I recently did this. So instead of adding oil to the pan, I added this dressing. The chicken tasted SO good cooked this way.
- You can sprinkle some on roasted potatoes. It tastes amazing!
- You can use it as a dip! For veggies, for a sandwich or wrap… for anything really!

Zesty Lemon Mint Turmeric Dressing (Paleo, GF)
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs vinegar, ( tarragon or white wine vinegar)
- 1/4 cup+ 1 Tbs olive oil
- 3 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp mustard, (hot english mustard OR Dijon mustard)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 9 mint leaves ( or 1 full branch ), , finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix until the mixture thickens.
