This lemon turmeric dressing with mint is a healthy homemade dressing with the most refreshing lemon and mint flavors. It is a great way to add turmeric into your diet and get its anti-inflammatory benefits.
This lemon turmeric dressing is a Marks & Spencer copycat recipe based on a salad that I used to purchase at that store. I fell in love with the amazing flavor of the dressing so much that I had to recreate a homemade version.
This salad dressing has an amazing lemon flavor with hints of mint. It is filled with healthy ingredients like apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and turmeric powder. I use this dressing to top my epic grilled chicken greek salad, along with pretty much any other kind of salad.

Recipe ingredients
- Lemon juice– fresh squeezed or store bought both work in this recipe.
- Olive oil– a good quality olive oil is ideal for salad dressings.
- Fresh mint leaves– from your garden or from a store.
- Garlic powder– this helps give a more subtle garlic flavor.
- Turmeric powder– make sure you are buying a good quality reputable turmeric powder.
- Vinegar-I like using apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar for this recip.
- Mustard– dijon mustard is my favorite but any kind will do.
- Dried parsley– I like using organic dried parsley here.
- Salt and pepper– to taste!

Step by step instructions
Step 1: Put all of the ingredients into a food processor.
Step 2: Mix until smooth.
Note: if you don’t have a food processor or don’t want to use one, just make sure to finely chop the mint, then mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

Lemon Turmeric Dressing with Mint
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar, (apple cider or white wine vinegar)
- 1/4 cup+ 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard, (Dijon mustard)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 9 mint leaves ( or 1 full branch )
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth.
- If you don't have a food processor, finely chop the mint. Then put all of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix until the mixture thickens.
