How to make this Pineapple green smoothie:

To start, you need a frozen banana! I usually peel a ripe banana and then put it into a ziplock bag and then put it into the freezer.

Then, put all of the ingredients into a blender and mix!

I personally like thick smoothies so I only use one cup of almond milk, but if you want to thin out your smoothie, then you can add more almond milk to the blender.

FAQs for this Strawberry green smoothie:

(1) Is this green smoothie Vegan?

  • No! But if you want to make it Vegan, use maple syrup instead of honey.

(2) How much spinach should I add?

  • I like adding 3 cups, but I would start with 2 cups and taste your smoothie to see if you like the taste or would want more. The more spinach you add, the greener the smoothie will be.

(3) How many servings is this smoothie?

  • I usually split this smoothie with my husband, so I was tempted to say this smoothie served two, but if you want it as a meal, then I would say it can serve one.

(4) What can I do if I can’t eat bananas?

  • Use mango instead! I would say to use 1/2 cup – 1 cup of frozen mango. Mangos are sweet and add sweetness to smoothies in a similar way that bananas do.
