Expert tips

  • When cooking the chicken, don’t mix too much at the beginning. But don’t mix it too little at the end. At the end, when most of the liquid has evaporated, keep a close eye on the chicken as the maple can quickly turn from caramelized to burnt.
  • How to serve:
    • Serve the chicken on top of a salad, in a rice bowl, in a quinoa bowl, with veggies, or on it’s own.
  • How to store:
    • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
