Let everything sit for 5-7 more minutes without stirring as the liquid continues evaporating.
Then cook another 4-5 minutes, mixing more often as you see it start to caramelize. Be careful not to leave the chicken on the pan too long because it can burn.
- When cooking the chicken, don't mix too much at the beginning. But don't mix it too little at the end. At the end, when most of the liquid has evaporated, keep a close eye on the chicken as the maple can quickly turn from caramelized to burnt.

- How to store:
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
