Baked Gluten free Turkey Meatballs
These gluten free turkey meatballs are a delicious baked turkey meatballs recipe made with rolled oats, grated Parmesan, and olive oil. They are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and take less than 30 minutes to cook!
I love the texture of these gluten free turkey meatballs because they are soft and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The crisp comes from the olive oil and Parmesan cheese inside of them. SO good.
I am also a HUGE fan of using rolled oats to replace bread crumbs in meatballs. It is an easy and healthy way to make them gluten free. My ground turkey meatball with oats and spinach oat meatballs are two other delicious meatball recipes that I love.
