High Protein Canned Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt 

A delicious, high protein, quick and easy recipe made with canned chicken, sliced almonds, grapes, and greek yogurt.

  • In a medium bowl, add the greek yogurt, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and pepper together. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the drained canned chicken to the bowl and mix, breaking it up into pieces.
  • Add the sliced almonds and grapes and mix.
  • Serve right away or refrigerate before serving.

Notes

  • If you want to add a hint of sweetness, you can add honey or maple syrup to to greek yogurt mixture.
  • Instead of sliced almonds, you can use walnuts.
  • You can add chopped celery or carrots to the chicken salad.
