High Protein Canned Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt

In a medium bowl, add the greek yogurt, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and pepper together. Mix until smooth.
Add the drained canned chicken to the bowl and mix, breaking it up into pieces.
Add the sliced almonds and grapes and mix.
Serve right away or refrigerate before serving.
- If you want to add a hint of sweetness, you can add honey or maple syrup to to greek yogurt mixture.
- Instead of sliced almonds, you can use walnuts.
- You can add chopped celery or carrots to the chicken salad.
