Beta-Carotene Carrot Mango Sweet Potato Juice

Sweet potato, mango, carrots and pineapple juice for a boost of beta carotene.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium mango
  • 4 pineapple rounds one inch thick
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 5 large carrots
  • a small slice of lemon

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the mango, sweet potato, and carrots.
  • Cut the outer peel off of the mango. Slice as much of the meat off the of the mango seed as you can. Cut the sweet potato into smaller pieces.
  • Juice all of the fruit and vegetables in a juicer.
  • Yields 30 ounces of juice.

Notes

  • It is best to drink the juice you make immediately to get the most nutritional benefit. If you need to make it in advance, make sure to put it into an airtight container and refrigerate. Drink it within a few hours of making.
