Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, matcha powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon with a fork until well mixed.
In another bowl, whisk the egg, vanilla, maple syrup, olive oil, apple sauce, and almond milk together until well blended and the mixture thickens.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until everything is blended. Fold in the chocolate chips and raisins.
Line an 8 x 8 inch aluminum pan/ nonstick pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 22-26 minutes, or until the edges are firm.
Optional- drizzle with melted chocolate.
