Iced Almond Milk Matcha Latte (Dairy free)
A refreshing, healthy, and creamy green tea drink that is made using almond milk, matcha powder, and honey.

Put 1 teaspoon of culinary grade or ceremonial grade matcha green tea powder into a mason jar. Then pour 1/2 cup of hot water into the mason jar, put the lid on the jar, and shake everything together.
Next, add 2 tsp of honey ( you can add more or less to your taste), put the lid on the jar, and shake the mason jar again until the honey has dissolved.
Pour 1 cup of almond milk into the mason jar, put the lid back on the jar, and shake everything again.
Then fill the mason jar with ice until it is full, put the lid on top, and shake it until all the liquid feels cold.
Serves 1- 2.
- Instead of almond milk, you can use a different non-dairy milk. You can use oat milk, cashew milk, flaxseed milk, etc.
- Instead of honey, you can use maple syrup or date syrup. Using maple syrup or date syrup makes this drink Vegan. You can also use brown sugar if you prefer.
- You can add other flavors to your iced latte, such as cinnamon, cocoa powder or crushed strawberries.
