Beta-Carotene Antioxidant Boost (paleo, GF)

  • 1 medium mango
  • 4 one inch thick pineapple rounds
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 10 small carrots or 4-5 large ones, (the carrots alone yielded 10 ounces of juice for me)
  • a small slice of lemon


  • Wash and dry the mango, sweet potato, and carrots.
  • Cut the outer peel off of the mango. Slice as much of the meat off the of the mango seed as you can. Cut the sweet potato into smaller pieces.
  • Juice all of the fruit and vegetables in a juicer.
  • Yields 30 ounces of juice.
