Mulled Cranberry Sauce (paleo, GF)
A homemade paleo cranberry and strawberry sauce with hints of orange and warming spices.

- 250 grams of cranberries ( roughly 8 ounces)
- 250 grams of strawberries ( roughly 8 ounces)
- 1 orange , sliced peeled and with all the individual sections taken out ( there should be no skin on the orange sections left!)
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 2 Tbs honey
Put all of the ingredients into a pan and heat over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Mix every so often and keep an eye to make sure the bottom of the sauce isn't burning.
Add 1/2 cup of water, mix, and cook for another 20-25 minutes.
