Paleo Matcha Blondies with Chocolate Chips and Raisins

A Paleo, Grain-free, Gluten-free dessert with the texture of a brownie/cookie hybrid, and a delicious green tea and chocolate flavor.



  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, matcha powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon with a fork until well mixed.
  • In another bowl, whisk the egg, vanilla, maple syrup, olive oil, apple sauce, and almond milk together until well blended and the mixture thickens.
  • Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until everything is blended. Fold in the chocolate chips and raisins.
  • Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are firm.
  • Optional- drizzle with melted chocolate. :)
