- 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup frozen mangos
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend all of the ingredients at the highest or normal setting----I used the "crush" button on my ninja first. All of the pieces should separate and almost form icy chunks.
Scrape the sides and then hit the medium "blend" button. Scrape the sides again and hit the "dough" or lighter blending mode. Alternate between blend and dough while scraping the sides every once in a while until the mixture turns into a soft firm substance and there is no use for the blender anymore.
