Homemade Apple Juice Gelatin Gummies
These homemade apple juice gelatin gummies are easy to make, gut-healthy gummies made with only 3 ingredients! They are the perfect snack for kids or adults and are a good source of protein and collagen.

In a small bowl, add 3 Tablespoons of gelatin to 1/3 cup cold water. Mix and set aside.
In a pan, add the apple juice and maple syrup and heat over medium heat until it starts to boil. As soon as it starts to boil, remove from heat.
Pour the gelatin mixture into the hot apple juice and mix until smooth.
Pour the apple gelatin mixture into silicone gummy molds and refrigerate until set. Makes about 200 small gummies.
- Instead of maple syrup, you can use honey.
- Instead of apple juice, you can use any other fruit juice. Just know you may need to use more or less natural sweetener based on the fruit juice you use.
