Homemade Apple Juice Gelatin Gummies

These homemade apple juice gelatin gummies are easy to make, gut-healthy gummies made with only 3 ingredients! They are the perfect snack for kids or adults and are a good source of protein and collagen.

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add 3 Tablespoons of gelatin to 1/3 cup cold water. Mix and set aside.
  • In a pan, add the apple juice and maple syrup and heat over medium heat until it starts to boil. As soon as it starts to boil, remove from heat.
  • Pour the gelatin mixture into the hot apple juice and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the apple gelatin mixture into silicone gummy molds and refrigerate until set.
  • Makes about 200 small gummies.

Notes

  • Instead of maple syrup, you can use honey.
  • Instead of apple juice, you can use any other fruit juice. Just know you may need to use more or less natural sweetener based on the fruit juice you use.
