In a microwave safe mug or ramekin, add the almond flour, cocoa powder, and coconut sugar and mix.
Then add the almond milk, olive oil, vanilla, and egg yolk, and mix with a fork.
Mix in the chocolate chips. Microwave for 45 seconds. Then, add a few choc chips on top. Serve as is or with ice-cream.
Notes
Make sure your mug or ramekin in microwave proof. If your mug gets too hot, the batter won’t cook. You want the batter to get hot and cook and not the mug
