Ground Turkey Meatballs with Oats

- 1 pound ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tablespoon coconut aminos (or balsamic vinegar)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cover a cookie sheet in aluminum foil.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. If you want to add a golden hue to your meatballs, broil for 1-2 minutes, until golden.
