Dairy-free Peppermint White Russian

A creamy, festive, and minty cocktail made with coffee liqueur, vodka, coconut cream, almond milk, and peppermint extract.

Instructions

  • Add the almond milk and coconut cream to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, and peppermint extract to the bowl and whisk.
  • Pour into two glasses, add ice, and mix.
  • Note: if you want to rim your glasses with candy canes, crush two. Dip rims of glasses with a little water then dunk into a bowl of the crushed candy canes.

Notes

Note: you can add more peppermint extract if want more mint flavor.
  • Instead of coconut cream, you can use any non-dairy creamer of your choice.
  • Instead of almond milk, you can use any non-dairy milk of your choice.
