Chia Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Energy Balls
Healthy snack balls that taste like yummy oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, but in a healthier, lower-calorie, gluten-free and vegan form.

Servings: 18 balls
Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes. Then, roll into balls. I like to use a small cookie scoop.
Refridgerate for 2 hours. Then, store in an airtight container. These should last about a week in the fridge. Note: these also taste good at room temperature and can be stored for 3 days at room temperature.
Yields: 16 snack balls.
- To roll the dough into balls
- If using you hands to roll the dough into balls, then wet your hands so the dough doesn't stick to them.
- I find using a small cookie scoop best to roll the balls.
- If you want this recipe to be dairy free, use dairy free chocolate.
