Key Lime Mustard Balsamic Dressing {Paleo, GF}

It’s got a great citrusy sour flavor from the key limes, a dijon mustard kick, a sweet balsamic overtone, and a lovely lavender essence from the herbes de provence

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbs key lime juice ( this came from 3 key limes for me)
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 6 Tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp herbes de provence

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a fork OR put all of the ingredients into a tupperware and shake.
  • Yields 5 ounces of dressing.
