Servings: 6
- 1 1/4 cup apple juice (all natural, no sugar added) (either store bought or freshly juiced)
- mixed berries (enough to fill each popsicles mold)
Slice strawberries, and then fill each popsicle mold with the mixed berries. Put a few of the sliced strawberries pieces against the edge of the popsicle molds. (All in all, I used 6 blackberries, 18 blueberries, 12 raspberries, and 5 strawberries to fill six popsicle molds)
Pour apple juice into the popsicle molds and on top of the berries until filled to the top. This was 1 1/4 cup of apple juice for me. Top each popsicle mold with the popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
