Beta-Carotene Antioxidant Boost (paleo, GF)
Blended sweet potato, mango, carrots and pineapple for a boost of beta carotene.

- 1 medium mango
- 4 pineapple rounds one inch thick
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 10 small carrots or 4-5 large ones, (the carrots alone yielded 10 ounces of juice for me)
- a small slice of lemon
Wash and dry the mango, sweet potato, and carrots.
Cut the outer peel off of the mango. Slice as much of the meat off the of the mango seed as you can. Cut the sweet potato into smaller pieces.
Juice all of the fruit and vegetables in a juicer.
Yields 30 ounces of juice.
