Lemon Turmeric Dressing with Mint

A delicious lemon dressing filled with turmeric and mint. It is healthy and delicious at the same time.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons vinegar (apple cider or white wine vinegar)
  • 1/4 cup+ 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 9 mint leaves ( or 1 full branch )
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth.
  • If you don't have a food processor, finely chop the mint. Then put all of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix until the mixture thickens.

Notes

  • Instead of lemon juice, you can use lime juice.
  • Instead of olive oil, you can use avocado oil.
  • Instead of garlic powder, you can use fresh garlic.
  • Instead of dried parsley, you can use fresh parsley.
