Lemon Turmeric Dressing with Mint
A delicious lemon dressing filled with turmeric and mint. It is healthy and delicious at the same time.

- 2 Tablespoons vinegar (apple cider or white wine vinegar)
- 1/4 cup+ 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 9 mint leaves ( or 1 full branch )
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth.
If you don't have a food processor, finely chop the mint. Then put all of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix until the mixture thickens.
- Instead of lemon juice, you can use lime juice.
- Instead of olive oil, you can use avocado oil.
- Instead of garlic powder, you can use fresh garlic.
- Instead of dried parsley, you can use fresh parsley.
