Buffalo Turkey Meatloaf (Paleo, Whole30, Gluten free)

Meatloaf ingredients:
- 2 lbs organic ground turkey
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2/3 cup Franks Redhot sauce , divided (Frank's RedHot is Paleo)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 eggs
Tomato glaze ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a loaf tin pan with parchment paper, my pan was 9.25 x 5.25 x 2.75 in.
Put all of the meatloaf ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a fork until everything is completely mixed.
Put the meatloaf into the lined loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix the tomato glaze ingredients (2 Tbs hot sauce and 1/4 cup strained tomatoes). Pour this on top of the meatloaf.
Cook for 60 minutes.
