Olive Oil Granola with Almonds and Chia Seeds
A delicious oat, chia seed and almond granola made with maple syrup and olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a large cookie sheet in aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, chia seeds, sliced almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt together.
In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, maple syrup, and vanilla together.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and mix until all of the dry ingredients are wet.
Pour the mixture onto a cookie sheet, and make sure it is evenly distributed.
Bake for 25 minutes, then mix the granola with a spatula. Add the dried cranberries and mix them into the granola. Bake for another 10 minutes. (Keep an eye on your granola, once it becomes golden brown, it is ready.
Let cool.
- Instead of maple syrup, you can use honey.
- Instead of dried cranberries, you can use raisins.
- You can add other spices that you like, such as cloves, or all spice.
