This Carrot Kale Apple Juice with Parsley is an incredibly delicious, refreshing and nutritious juice. It is a great source of vitamin A, C and iron. It comes together quickly using a juicer and makes for an amazing morning drink.

Carrot Kale Apple Juice with Parsley in two cups on a table.

I’ve been a long time juicer. I love my fennel juice, my strawberry beet juice, my watermelon cucumber juice and any juices with parsley in them, especially this one.

Actually, my favorite thing to do lately is using parsley for juicing. It adds a freshness to your juice that is almost too good to be true. And don’t worry, it doesn’t taste like grass or anything. It just tastes very clean, and incredibly refreshing.

Why this recipe works

  • It’s delicious! It is sweet yet a little earthy and crisp.
  • Parsley is incredibly nutrient dense. According to The Juice Nut , one cup of fresh parsley contains 133% of your daily dose of vitamin C, 101% of vitamin A, and 21% iron! It is great for the immune system.
  • It’s an easy way to get several servings of fruits and veggies in an easy to digest manner.

  • carrots– organic carrots are great for this recipe.

How to make this recipe
