Almond Flour Crackers Recipe stacked on top of each other.

These homemade crackers are my current favorite Paleo snack! And they are quickly going to become yours. Think everything bagel seasoning meets Paleo cracker. I’m obsessed!

They are lifesavers for when you are craving something crunchy. And since they are made with almond flour, they are chock full of healthy protein. But I do have to warn you, these are dangerous. You may not stop being able to eat them! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

These almond flour crackers taste amazing dipped into Mediterranean Hummus, grapefruit guacamole, or carrot hummus. YUM.

Why this recipe works

  • They are a healthy cracker option that is easy to make at home.
  • They are great for those following a Paleo, Whole30, Gluten-free, or Dairy-free diet.
  • They are allergy friendly. There is no peanuts, soy, dairy, or gluten in these crackers.
  • Anyone can make them! You mix everything in a food processor, roll it out and cut it into shapes.

Recipe ingredients

Ingredients needed to make paleo crackers.
  • Sesame seeds, Poppy seeds, Dried minced garlic, Dried minced onion, Sea salt– all of these herbs and spices make up the Everything but the bagel seasoning.
  • Olive oil– any kind of good quality olive oil works in this recipe.
  • Apple cider vinegar– this is easy to find at the grocery store.
  • Egg– this binds everything together.
  • Almond flour– use a good quality blanched almond flour. Blanched almond flour is more refined in texture and works better for baking.
  • Baking soda– this helps the crackers rise a bit.

“Everything Bagel” Almond Flour Crackers Recipe (Paleo, Whole30, Gluten-free)

Servings: 50 crackers
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 18 minutes
Total: 28 minutes
Everything bagel seasoning mixed into Paleo crispy crackers. They are a life saver and full of protein from the almond flour.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, and sea salt in a small bowl to make the "everything" seasoning. ( OR get out your pre-made seasoning)
  • Put the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and the egg into a food processor and beat until well mixed. Then add the almond flour, baking soda, and 2 teaspoons of the "everything" seasoning and beat again. The mixture should form into a thick dough at this point.
  • Roll the dough into a ball and put it onto a piece of wax paper. Top the dough with another piece of wax paper and press down. With a rolling pin, roll the dough, to about 1/4 of an inch thick. Top with the 3 remaining teaspoons of "everything" seasoning, then top the dough with wax paper and pat down lightly to get the seasoning into the top of the dough (don't push too hard). Cut the dough into a rectangle, to give a straight edge to all the sides. Then cut the dough into 1 inch squares with a knife. Use a spatula to scoop up the squares and put them onto the cookie sheet. Remove the scraps of the dough, roll it into a ball and repeat until you have used up all the dough.
  • Cook for 15-20 until hardened and lightly golden. I cooked mine for 18 minutes. Let the crackers cool on the cookie sheet.
  • Yields 50-55 crackers.

    1. The ingredients are all Whole30 friendly, but I’m not sure if “crackers” in itself are Whole30. There have been so many changes to what is compliant since I did a Whole30 myself.

  1. Easy and delicious! Made them twice and can’t stop trying to find things to dip them in! Works for keto diet as well! Very good recipe!!

  2. These are quick & easy and turned out wonderful! I used flax, sesame, and chia seeds because that’s what I had. I made almond flour from blanched almonds that were on sale & replaced 1/4 cup with coconut flour, because I just can’t leave well enough alone… But they are tasty as all get out. Thank you!5 stars

    1. Great to know these work with coconut flour as well! I always tweak recipes too, I can’t help it! haha

  3. I have made these twice and they are fantastic!! The second time I changed up the spices with smoked salt and toasted minced onion. Very good!! Thank you!!5 stars

    1. I store them in tupperware and they last a week or so. We eat them all before the week ends, so I haven’t tested longer!
