This recipe is really simple, and I wanted to share it so that it can brighten up your mornings as much as it has brightened up mine!

I have to be honest, I came up with this idea by mistake. I had just finished making some of my Paleo Caramel Sauce that I have been obsessed with.

I used a spoon to put some into a bowl and then I used that spoon to mix my coffee.

I didn’t think much about it until I took a sip of my drink and was blown away with how good it was.

PALEO CARAMEL COFFEE, say what?!

I proceeded to make this drink in the morning for a whole week.

Rich creamy coffee with a caramel kick is such a great way to start the day.

Especially when it is chemical-free, dairy-free and paleo 🙂

Your welcome.

Caramel Caffe Latte (paleo, GF)

Servings: 1
Prep: 5 minutes
Total: 5 minutes
A delicious coffee made with a dairy-free caramel sauce.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by brewing your favorite coffee. Measure out one cup and put the coffee into a mug.
  • Take the 1/4 cup of coconut milk and put it into a pan to heat over the stove. Over medium heat, cook the coconut milk until it gets hot and starts boiling. Whisk it the whole time it is heating up, this should make the milk foamy.
  • Put the hot coconut milk into the coffee and mix with a spoon.
  • Put 4 tsp of paleo caramel into the mug and mix. You can put more or less caramel depending on how much caramel flavor you want.
